I produced this audio documentary supported by Stanford’s Braden Storytelling Grant, released by Stanford’s State of the Human Podcast, and aired on KZSU Stanford 90.1 FM.

In 2024, it was shortlisted as a finalist at the International Women’s Podcast Awards and won Best Podcast at the 65th annual Thessaloniki International Film Festival. Fun fact: TIFF was one of the first film festivals in the world to host a podcast section, exploring the affinities between cinema and the (at the time) new genre of audio documentary.
